Looking at the project files, they become massive XML repositories. I can't help but wonder if that's related to some crashes many of us have. When tech support has helped me, it typically comes down to my project file being too big. But I'm not doing much of anything but trying to make edits that I thought the program was designed for.

So I'm assuming the program just keeps storing xml and all the old objects are lying around there and before I know it, I've got a project file that's stretching into many megabytes and I haven't added a lick of video or anything we would traditionally expect to add size to a file. Are you thinking that the ever-growing XML file doesn't have anything to do with instability that many of us are seeing?
